1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, and does not ask for your name, email, or any other personal information.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All content you create in the App — including your katas (forms), practice sessions, observations, hypotheses, and reflections — is stored locally on your device in a private on-device database. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party.

3. No Network Transmission

The App functions entirely offline. It does not send your data to any server, and it does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party data-collection SDKs.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services that collect your personal data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all data is stored only on your device, you are in full control of it. Deleting (uninstalling) the App permanently removes all data associated with it from your device. We hold no copy of your data and therefore cannot restore it.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. As no data is collected, no special data-handling for children applies.

本プライバシーポリシーは、GrooveCourt（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。 要点：本アプリは、いかなる個人データも収集・送信・共有しません。 本アプリで作成したすべての内容は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。

1. 収集する情報

当方は一切の個人データを収集しません。 本アプリにはユーザーアカウントやサインインはなく、氏名・メールアドレスその他の個人情報を求めることもありません。

2. データの保存方法

本アプリで作成した内容（型（kata）、練習セッション、観察した事実、仮説、振り返り等）はすべて、 お使いの端末内のプライベートなデータベースに保存されます。 これらのデータが端末の外に出ることはなく、当方や第三者へ送信されることもありません。

3. ネットワーク送信なし

本アプリは完全にオフラインで動作します。データをサーバーへ送信することはなく、 解析（アナリティクス）、広告、トラッキング、第三者のデータ収集SDKも一切含みません。

4. 第三者サービス

本アプリは、個人データを収集する第三者サービスを一切組み込んでいません。

5. データの保持と削除

すべてのデータは端末内にのみ保存されるため、その管理はすべて利用者ご自身の手にあります。 本アプリを削除（アンインストール）すると、関連するすべてのデータが端末から完全に削除されます。 当方はデータの複製を保持していないため、復元はできません。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもを含むいかなる利用者からも情報を収集しません。 データを収集しないため、子どもに関する特別なデータ取り扱いも発生しません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新する場合があります。変更があった場合は、本ページに掲載し、 「最終更新日」を更新します。
